Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing, East China's Jiangsu province, is an important gateway to connect regions in the north and south of the Yangtze River.
It is located along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, at the intersection of the coastal economic belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
It is connected with several highway systems, with the Beijing-Shanghai, Shanghai-Shaanxi, Nanjing-Nantong, and Yancheng-Jingjiang highways, as well as the highway along the Yangtze River all having entrances and exits to the zone. It is also a 15-minute drive away from the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, with Yangtze River Delta cities accessible from the zone within two hours.
In terms of aviation transportation, there are seven airports within a radius of 200 kilometers from the zone. Airports that are located in Wuxi and Changzhou can be reached within one hour, while it takes two to three hours to reach Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, and Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

In terms of ports, it is a one hour drive from the zone to national first-class open ports like Jiangyin Port and Taixing Port. It is also located 40 kilometers away from Taizhou Port.
In the future, the Yancheng-Yixing High-speed Railway and the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei High-speed Railway will set up stations in Taixing and Huangqiao, which will make it possible to reach Shanghai and Nanjing from Taixing and Huangqiao in one hour.
