There are 64 energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises in the Taixing High-tech Zone. Of these, 25 are above a designated size – having annual revenue of 20 million yuan ($2.87 million) or more – and 20 are national high-tech enterprises. Their industrial scope involves environmental protection machinery, environmental protection technology and equipment, energy-saving equipment, energy-saving products and other fields.

Relying on the high-efficient solar power industry supply chain, this sector focuses on introducing and developing photovoltaic components, accessories and materials enterprises.
Taking Ideal Energy Sunflower Co Ltd and other enterprises as the lead, the industry seeks to attract upstream and downstream related enterprises to settle in the Taixing High-tech Zone and promote the development of the zone's advantageous industry.
Intelligent manufacturing industry
Taking the landing of major provincial projects as an opportunity, the intelligent manufacturing industry focuses on attracting enterprises that are involved in the electronics information industry and the high-end transmissions industry.
There are 25 leading enterprises – including enterprises similar to a leading level – in the intelligent manufacturing industry in the zone. Of these, eight are national high-level enterprises, two are provincial high-level enterprises and seven are small and medium-sized enterprises operating in science and technology.
