II. Qintong Boat Festival

The Qintong Boat Festival in Taizhou is a unique water temple fair with a history of over 800 years. It has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Folk Festivals in China by the National Tourism Administration, and is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage project. In 2009, it gained global recognition as "the largest boat festival" by the Guinness World Records in Shanghai.
