Jingjiang Special Steel has started trial production of China's first national demonstration project for electric arc furnace (EAF) steelmaking with near-zero carbon emissions.

COFCO Jingjiang Port commenced trial operations on May 8, further enhancing Jingjiang's pivotal role in China's grain circulation system.

The Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau released its list of key laboratory construction projects at the municipal level for 2026, featuring two laboratories operated by enterprises in the city's Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
