V. "Giant Monolith" on the Sea

On Jan 15, 2018, Jiangsu Yangtze Xinfu Co launched the world's largest ore carrier, which was built in Taizhou. This 400,000-metric-ton giant vessel is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and measures approximately 362 meters in length, 65 meters in width, and 30.4 meters in depth, making it larger than the Liaoning aircraft carrier. The ship's open deck covers a size of three standard soccer fields.
