To catalyze entrepreneurship, Xinghua, a county-level city administered by Taizhou city, Jiangsu province, inaugurated a platform called Zero Entrepreneurship Space in September.

The new platform has provided over 800 free physical addresses to the initial group of entrepreneurs.

Wang Jiping, a crab farmer from Anfeng town, became the first entrepreneur to establish his business in the Zero Entrepreneurship Space and has benefited from a range of services, including preferential rent policies and free market entry compliance training.

In July, various departments collaborated to issue policies aimed at maximizing local advantages, exploring innovation potential, and designating sites such as Jingjiang Huaxin Sci-tech Entrepreneurship Park, College Student Entrepreneurship Park, and Taixing Binjiang Industrial Park as leading pilot projects for creating a "zero innovation space" in Taizhou.

Both online and offline services, encompassing aspects like business license registration and bank account opening, are provided to the entrepreneurs for free. Within a month of its launch, 86 business entities settled on the platform.

In addition to these measures, the registration office has held online sessions to provide guidance to entrepreneurs regarding regulations and how to avoid risks. These sessions have so far been attended by 74,200 people.
