Xichenzhuang village, located in Qintong town, Jiangyan district, is a scenic destination surrounded by water and rich in cultural heritage. Beyond its picturesque landscapes, the village captivates tourists with a variety of traditional folk performances.

In the square, a giant dragon puppet, expertly controlled by skilled performers, twists and turns in a mesmerizing dance. Stilt walkers, dressed in traditional costumes, bring historical and comedic characters to life, while the beautifully decorated "flower boats" glide gracefully under the skilled hands of boatwomen and helmsmen, showcasing the charm of the water town. 

With a history spanning over a thousand years, Xichenzhuang village has embraced rural tourism by enhancing its natural attractions and preserving traditional temple fair performances. Villagers actively participate by creating and performing their cultural shows, bringing vitality to the village while boosting local economic growth.
