On the opening day, six regional offshore innovation centers were unveiled. Key cooperation agreements were signed between Taizhou Medical High-Tech Zone and Tongji University Putuo Park, and between Hailing Industrial Park and East China Normal University Sci-Tech Park. These partnerships aim to strengthen collaboration in research and development, pilot-scale incubation, and industry -talent integration, further linking the innovation chains of the two cities.
On April 20, over 1,100 jobs from 70 Taizhou enterprises and institutions were announced at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Taizhou also showcased its strong support for talent development, offering up to 100 million yuan ($13.7 million) in special talent funds and up to 20 million yuan for individual projects.
