Taizhou showcases culinary, cultural heritage at 2025 Happy Cities Forum

As part of the 2025 Happy Cities Forum on Dec 9, the Happy Cities Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition was held at the Chengdu Airport International Conference Center.

At the event, chefs from Taizhou prepared the city's signature dish. Air-shipped dried tofu threads were briefly boiled, then served with sauce, ginger, cilantro, carrots, peanuts, and pickled vegetables, creating a delicately flavored and satisfying dish that delighted visitors.

Taizhou's exhibition booth also highlighted the city's achievements in the 2025 Jiangsu Football City League. Shimmering championship trophies, creative merchandise, and banners celebrated the city's sporting excellence and civic pride, making the booth a vibrant showcase of Taizhou's culture and accomplishments.
