A delegation from the Spanish company the Manusa Group on Oct 17 visited the Hailing Industrial Park – in the Hailing district of Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – to discuss business opportunities and development plans.
Representatives from the group's established companies in Beijing and Hailing Industrial Park also attended the activity.
Wang He, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hailing Industrial Park, welcomed the fact that the group wanted to continue investing and operating in Hailing.
Wang added that Hailing Industrial Park and Dongcheng Group – the park's market-oriented operator – would fully provide carrier support and comprehensive service guarantees for the group's development in the Chinese and Asian markets.
Ana Guilera Viladomiu, a founding family member of Manusa Group, said that her group attached great importance to these markets and pledged that the company would continue to contribute to Taizhou's health industry development.
Huang Liang, chairman of Dongcheng Group, talked about the policy support for the Taizhou (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center and invited the Manusa Group to establish research and development centers there.
"The center is in line with the development needs of Manusa Group. While maintaining the market share in medical doors, the group will continue to increase its R&D efforts in industries such as construction, airports, and rail transit," said Jose Fernando Medina Vasallo, CEO of Manusa Group.
Established in 1966, Manusa Group has developed into a leading enterprise in intelligent transportation systems, with three production bases worldwide – Barcelona in Spain, Sao Paulo in Brazil and Taizhou in China.
