In recent years, Hailing district, in Taizhou city of East China's Jiangsu, province has deeply implemented various decisions and deployments made by the central, provincial, and municipal governments to optimize its business environment.
In the first half of this year, Hailing district has rolled out the latest 4.0 version of the business environment optimization policy.
Based on the guideline, all departments in the region will fully cooperate to improve efficiency and services for local businesses in order to empower economic development.
From January to September, Hailing district had completed the entire starting process for 2,363 businesses within just eight hours.
It has also optimized the approval process for project construction, thus helping companies reduce project construction time and investment costs.
Based on its online approval platform, the average reduction in processing time is 83 percent.
Looking ahead, Hailing district will continue to innovate its service models to offer more high-quality, efficient and convenient government services for resident businesses.
