Taizhou city-based company LONGi Solar Technology (Taizhou) Co Ltd was recently honored nationally for developing intelligent manufacturing plants.
Its single crystal solar photovoltaic module intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory – located in Hailing Industrial Park, in the Hailing district of Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – was recognized as a national-level one by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The factory has adopted advanced manufacturing technologies such as secure and efficient industrial interconnection network systems and intelligent production equipment manufacturing clusters.
It also employs end-to-end integration of information systems, factory data visualizations and an analysis center, as well as process designs and digital modeling.
Moreover, it has cultivated a new intelligent manufacturing model for the photovoltaic industry that integrates manufacturing production execution, process controls, enterprise management decision-making, informatization and intelligence.
Founded in 2019, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of LONGi Green Energy Technology Co Ltd, one of the biggest manufacturers of solar monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic products for the solar power industry in the world.
