The project, part of a 5-billion-yuan ($703 million) investment by Shanghai Keeway Power Technology, aims to establish a 300,000-unit annual production base for motorcycles and core components.
Keeway, a global leader in the cross-border manufacturing of two-wheelers, chose Hailing Industrial Park for its strategic location and business-friendly environment.
Construction of the production line spanned just over 100 days, thanks to efficient project management and 24/7 support services. Once fully operational by 2026, the facility is projected to generate 8 billion yuan in annual sales and contribute around 240 million yuan in taxes.
Local authorities have actively facilitated partnerships between Keeway and indigenous automotive suppliers, fostering a collaborative ecosystem. With a clear IPO roadmap and commitments to innovation, Keeway is poised to drive Hailing's green mobility sector to new heights.
