In Hailing district, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, the setting up of a specialized drawing review task force has expedited the approval process for key industrial projects.
The task force's efficient service mechanism has enabled a project on building facility manufacturing to slash its drawing review period. Consequently, the construction permit was issued promptly by the quality supervision and safety supervision departments, cutting the timeline by 10 working days and accelerating the project's landing.
Collaborating with the Taizhou Agricultural Development Zone, the task force provided tailored one-on-one drawing review services for three pivotal industrial projects, including the aforementioned one.
By intervening early in the design phase, the task force offered regulatory interpretations and technical guidance, helping enterprises clarify compliance requirements and review essentials beforehand. This proactive approach minimized design flaws and subsequent rework, enhancing overall project efficiency.
Furthermore, the task force adopted a hybrid communication model, combining uninterrupted online support with face-to-face consultations. Through a dedicated WeChat workgroup, daily project progress was tracked, and queries were promptly addressed. Regular review meetings gathered experts from various fields to tackle technical challenges like green building certifications and prefabricated construction, ensuring real-time problem resolution.
Looking ahead, the Hailing District Data Bureau aims to elevate drawing review services from mere speed enhancements to quality empowerment, standardizing successful practices for broader adoption.
