Hailing Industrial Park in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, is currently witnessing a wave of construction projects and thriving business growth, with two notable enterprises, Xingxing Electronics (Taizhou) and Taizhou Haida Plastic & Rubber Packaging, achieving significant milestones in their efforts to expand.
Xingxing Electronics, a key supplier to LG Electronics, launched its second-phase project last May to meet the growing market demand. Despite its initial unfamiliarity with the procedures pertaining to local projects, the company benefited from the park's full-lifecycle services.
A dedicated task force streamlined the approval process, reducing the completion time for project acceptance from two months to just 20 days, allowing for the start of early production. This accelerated timeline has injected fresh momentum into Xingxing's growth, with production automation levels expected to reach around 90 percent and a new sales record anticipated this year.

Similarly, Haida Plastic & Rubber Packaging, a local enterprise, has expanded its operations within the park, increasing its production capacity by 40 percent. The park's comprehensive support, including a specialized service team, facilitated a swift expansion process, covering factory extension, production line introduction, and formalities handling.
