At the newly built production facility of Taizhou Haifa Industrial Fittings in Hailing Industrial Park, automated production lines operate at full throttle, as robotic arms work in harmony and workers diligently perform their tasks.

The company, specializing in the manufacturing of refrigerator components and compressor parts, has witnessed a remarkable 50 percent surge in production efficiency following the inauguration of its new plant last year, according to Lu Youjie, the person in charge of innovation.
Automation has been introduced across the production process. On one compressor top shell line, robots now handle everything from blanking and forming to conveying, cleaning, and loading, packing 672 units per cart. This has eliminated product buildup and mix-ups, improving both efficiency and accuracy.

Material handling has also been revolutionized. The introduction of AGV (automatic guided vehicle) unmanned logistics systems has replaced traditional forklifts, enabling precise, unmanned transportation of raw materials, components, empty boxes, and molds, streamlining production.

Haifa's rapid growth owes much to the tailored support from Hailing Industrial Park. The park facilitated the construction of a 15,000-square-meter factory and a 20-million-yuan ($2.91 million) technical renovation, reducing the project timeline from six months to just four through parallel approvals and accommodating procedures.
Looking ahead, Haifa aims to exceed 80 percent full-process automation by 2026, expand its overseas clientele, develop new products, and boost output value by 15 percent to 450 million yuan. With continued investments in automation, smart equipment, and high-precision molds, Haifa is poised for further breakthroughs in high-quality development.
