The construction of Taizhou Dingxin Energy Technology's heat tracing system equipment manufacturing project in Hailing Industrial Park has entered the final stages, with all five main buildings fully completed.

The finishing touches, including outdoor utility piping and road paving, are scheduled to wrap up by the end of July, and the site will be ready for final inspection.

Spanning 30 mu (2 hectares), the facility will serve as a research, development, and production base for steam heat tracing systems, equipped with high-precision machinery such as 5-axis machining centers, CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools, and laser pipe cutters.
Once it begins operating in January 2027, the facility will deliver an annual capacity of 15,000 steam traps, 8,000 efficiency boosters and 20,000 sets of heat tracing modules.

Its flagship factory-prefabricated integrated heat tracing system, which has few domestic competitors, will drastically cut on-site construction time, reduce leakage risks, and boost thermal efficiency.
The company noted that Hailing's business-friendly environment has greatly accelerated project progress.
