Hailing Industrial Park in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, hosted a centralized signing event on July 3, sealing deals on six high-quality projects spanning advanced manufacturing, tech research and development, and modern services.

The three advanced manufacturing projects include a full-body intelligent robot and core components base developed by Shanghai-based Limas Intelligent Technology, which will lay a foundational industrial base for embodied intelligence in the park.

Resident leading firm Taizhou Shengcheng Machinery will expand its smart home appliance production capacity, while Meixu Sports will build out its sports equipment manufacturing footprint, leveraging its strengths in foreign trade.

Two innovation-focused projects will drive new quality productive forces growth, targeting smart city digital information technology and high-precision processing equipment R&D to build a full chain from lab research to commercial application.

The sixth project, a Shanghai-Taizhou e-commerce base, will complete the park's commercial service ecosystem that integrates online and on-site services.

Park officials noted the signing marks a fresh starting point for growth in the second half of the year.

Wu Zuyi, general manager of Limas Intelligent Technology, said Hailing's business-friendly environment, well-developed industrial ecosystem, and convenient location were key factors in the company's decision to invest. He added that Limas would move quickly to begin construction and production, helping establish Hailing as a hub for embodied AI robotics.
