The company has created a sprawling local supply network of 30 supporting enterprises, forming a smart home appliance industrial cluster valued at over 15 billion yuan ($2.2 billion) that provides more than 10,000 local jobs.
Tier suppliers such as Xingxing Electronics, Xinghui Electronics, and Haifa Industrial Fittings have repeatedly expanded production on the back of steady growth in orders, with some extending their supply reach to LG's global plants in Poland and Indonesia.
Hailing Industrial Park is now developing a dedicated smart home appliance supporting zone to attract more upstream and downstream businesses, further strengthening the cluster's "grape bunch" effect. The initiative is part of Hailing district's efforts to build a modern industrial system focused on new energy and new materials, automobiles and parts, smart home appliances, and the digital economy.
