A new 53-mu (about 3.5 hectares) manufacturing complex for Taizhou Xinqi Machinery Manufacturing, based in Hailing Industrial Park, is taking shape at the west intersection of Jichuan East Road and Taikang Road in Hailing district, Taizhou, Jiangsu province.

The facility, dedicated to producing 5 million sets of core components for high-end home appliance compressors annually, is on track for full production in the first half of next year.
Construction kicked off last October, with Plant 2 and 3 nearing completion, Plant 1 in exterior finishing, and all equipment foundations and pipelines fully installed. The project stands out for its remarkable speed: only three and a half months passed from land acquisition to construction start, a pace accelerated by Hailing Industrial Park's targeted investment services.

Backed by the same operating entity as the two-decade-old Haifa Industrial Fittings, Xinqi is no stranger to Hailing's industrial landscape. The new plant will integrate MES (manufacturing execution system) systems and AGV (automated guided vehicle) unmanned logistics, lifting overall automation to over 85 percent. This upgrade will boost total annual compressor component output from 10 million to 14 million sets, with home appliance parts capacity hitting 7 million sets.
As a key supplier to LG Electronics, Xinqi's expansion strengthens local supply chain resilience. Hailing Industrial Park has long focused on precise investment promotion for the home appliance industry chain, turning scattered enterprises into a coordinated, synchronized ecosystem that secures every critical link locally.
