On July 18, Jiangsu Asoe Hose Manufacturing officially launched construction of its multi-functional pilot research and development and production base in Hailing Industrial Park, marking a key new expansion milestone for the local advanced materials sector.

Spanning a total construction area of around 18,000 square meters, the new facility integrates R&D labs, pilot testing workshops, quality inspection centers and product exhibition spaces. It is designed to bridge the critical gap between laboratory innovation and large-scale industrial application, streamlining production process optimization and new product iteration to solidify the company's high-end, refined and scaled growth.
Since settling in Hailing district in 2013, Asoe has specialized in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and green ecological governance. It holds two domestically pioneered, globally leading core technologies, along with 150 patents, 40 percent of which are invention patents. Its full-chain solutions covering municipal environmental protection, petrochemical and agricultural sectors are sold to 87 countries worldwide, earning multiple national media features.
The project stands as a strong testament to Hailing's continuously optimized business environment and fast-growing new materials industrial cluster. Upon completion, it will boost the firm's pilot technology conversion capacity, accelerate upgrades to trenchless rehabilitation materials and smart equipment, and inject robust hard-core momentum into Hailing's high-quality manufacturing development.
