Starting his business journey in 1998, Ding drew on his early technical experience at a local farm tool factory to steer steady, risk-controlled growth. The firm now focuses on producing all-terrain vehicle frames and motorcycle mufflers, earning a solid industry reputation through strict craftsmanship and rigorous quality management systems.
At the core of Ding's operations is a people-first philosophy. All employees are covered by full social insurance and provided free staff meals. The company also creates dedicated roles for people with disabilities and runs a targeted support program for staff facing financial hardship, fostering strong team loyalty and a deep sense of belonging.
A long-standing local community steward, Ding has donated over 2 million yuan ($296,399) total to fund local road renovations, contributed 1 million yuan to upgrade the district's fire station, and regularly supports elderly care homes, veteran families and underprivileged groups across the area.
This year, the firm's new 12,000-square-meter Hailing Industrial Park facility will soon go into operation, adding new production lines for electric vehicle plastic parts and lifting annual capacity above 100,000 sets. The expansion will further boost local employment and strengthen Hailing district's position in the national motorcycle supply chain.
