Xinghui Electronic Technology has inaugurated a new smart manufacturing facility in Hailing Industrial Park, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, dedicated to high-precision refrigerator components, marking a significant upgrade to the district's advanced manufacturing ecosystem and its home-appliance supply chain.
The Aug 29 commissioning ceremony celebrated the completion of a 19,039-square-meter plant on a nearly 2-hectare site. The facility features fully automated sheet-metal forming lines and introduces LG Chem's latest refrigerator foaming production technology to the region for the first time.
Intelligent digital systems now govern the entire workflow from raw material intake to finished product dispatch, allowing the company to expand its portfolio beyond single door-frame foam parts into a broader range of core structural components for premium refrigeration equipment, while strengthening the park's smart manufacturing footprint.
Since establishing operations in Hailing Industrial Park, Xinghui Electronic has concentrated on the research, development, and precision manufacturing of high-end refrigerator core components, rapidly growing into a top-tier cooperative partner for LG Electronics.
The new plant will produce specialty glass panels, complete door assemblies, and insulated foam cabinets, significantly enhancing the park's supply-chain capabilities and boosting the district's modern industrial framework that focuses on the new energy and new materials sector, automotive and parts, smart home, and digital economy, while supporting its push toward higher-value manufacturing.
