Folks in Xichenzhuang village, Qintong town – administered by Jiangyan district, Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – celebrated the Longtaitou Festival, which means "dragon raising its head" in Chinese. This traditional festival is held on the second day of the second month on the Chinese lunar calendar, having fallen on Feb 21 this year.
