A dozen teams in the Jiangyan district of Taizhou, located in East China's Jiangsu province, joined in the fun in the city's 2023 Dragon Boat Race, held on this year's Dragon Boat Festival on June 22.
The traditional Dragon Boat Festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month on the Chinese lunar calendar.
