The Jiangyan district of Taizhou city – located in East China's Jiangsu province – has been undertaking proactive steps to improve its business environment.
By implementing innovative measures, the district aims to enhance its efficiency in providing services to businesses and improve judicial execution.

To achieve this, the district has launched a comprehensive campaign – focusing on eliminating unnecessary intermediaries, conducting on-site visits to enterprises and resolving issues such as land problems and labor shortages in industrial parks.
To meet the needs of businesses, Jiangyan district has established mechanisms like the Business Environment Observer, which provides a convenient channel for enterprises to voice their concerns.
Additionally, a Quick Service Center has been set up to offer consulting services and assist in problem-solving. These initiatives aim to streamline processes and create a more favorable business ecosystem.
Jiangyan district is also spearheading government affairs reforms by simplifying approvals procedures and implementing joint inspections to shorten the approvals time and improve service efficiency.
Moving forwards, plans are for Jiangyan district to continue to undertake effective measures to promote the development of enterprises and drive high-quality economic growth in the region.
