Construction is currently in full swing at the Hanglingwei Semiconductor Device Special Equipment Production Plant – located in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, in the Jiangyan district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province.

The project's progress has been accelerated in the wake of a proactive effort by the EDZ to attract investment. In early 2023, the zone's investment department attracted the interest of Suzhou Hanglingwei Precision Components Co Ltd.
A dedicated task force was established and moved fast to present a comprehensive proposal, impressing the company and leading to its decision to settle the project in Jiangyan.
To facilitate its seamless integration, the task force provided full assistance at the project approval stage, as well as with logists services and construction procedures – demonstrating a commitment to expedite the project's establishment and production efficiency.
As a result, the company's orders surged in the wake of the official signing of the project.
Meanwhile, the project service task force maintained close communications with the company, ensuring a step-by-step approach to address transitional needs.
Additionally, the development zone's investment service group proactively coordinated operations with the EDZ's housing and construction departments to meet various technical requirements.
This involved synchronized procurement of imported equipment, simultaneous construction of the main plant and ancillary projects and the smooth installation and commissioning of equipment.
