Under the auspices of the district government and funded by the Qinhu Culture Travel Group Co Ltd, the park is a specialized and themed live-streaming e-commerce industrial hub. It integrates the special agricultural economic features of the district –bringing together third-party online platforms, supply chain companies, operational agencies and logistics businesses.

The park offers one-stop services – including park planning, attracting investment and brand strategy – aiming to establish an e-commerce operations system and a platform for nurturing e-commerce talent.

In recent years, Jiangyan district has capitalized on the opportunities presented by internet development, leveraging its own resources and agricultural strengths to drive its e-commerce industry forwards.

Currently, the area hosts over 12,000 e-commerce enterprises with nearly 7,000 people directly involved in such activities. In 2023, online retail sales topped 2 billion yuan ($276.47 million), leading to its designation as a provincial-level model of rural e-commerce.

Additionally, Qintong town in the district has been recognized as a provincial-level e-commerce demonstration town.
