A new online reservation system for the China Inside a Meter Electricity Meter Museum, operated by the State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company – based in the Jiangyan district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has been launched.

The museum, finalized and unveiled in November 2021, covers an area of over 300 square meters. It displays a collection of over 200 electricity meters, making it the most extensive assembly of domestic mechanical electricity meter models and systems in the nation.
The facility presents the dynamic history of the power industry, emphasizing its continuous progress and is said to offer educational value in science, especially to young people.
Starting in January this year, the State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company has introduced a reservation system via the Wang Shang Guo Wang – State Grid Online – app.
Visitors now need only to select the date, session and number of guests and provide their name and contact information to complete the reservation.
