The Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province recently named Jingyan's Ancient Luotang Historical Cultural District as a "Jiangsu Nighttime Consumption Clusters (Pedestrian Streets)", establishing it as a vibrant new landmark for Jingyan's nighttime economy.

Spanning nearly 40,000 square meters, Luotang district is divided into a northern commercial leisure zone and a southern cultural tourism zone. Zone A exudes a classical charm, weaving together traditional elements like courtyards, covered walkways, and water features to create modern commercial spaces. Zone B hosts attractions such as the Tea Culture Exhibition Center and Cao Jun Art Museum, alongside tea houses, antique shops, and calligraphy stores, showcasing the understated elegance of Jingyan's traditional residences.
