Two companies from Jiangyan district have been honored at the third Yangtze River Delta High-Value Patent Operation Competition for their exceptional technological prowess, winning the Gold and Silver awards, respectively.
The gold award went to Suzhong Pharma for its patented technology in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) extraction, which enhances the content and stability of active ingredients in TCM formulations. Its application is exemplified by the company's flagship product, "Huangkui Capsule", which holds the highest level of evidence-based support in TCM for kidney disease treatment.
Meanwhile, the silver award was secured by Sincode Technology (Taizhou) for its innovation in the automotive components sector. The patented technology empowers the intelligence and safety of new energy vehicles. As a national-level "little giant" enterprise, the company holds 1,766 patents, including 145 invention patents, 80 percent of which have been commercialized.
