To gain a foothold in the Spring Festival consumption market, Taizhou Jinli Dairy, a beverage processor in Yuduo town, Jiangyan district, has launched several Not From Concentrate juice drinks, winning widespread approval from consumers.
To ensure beverage supply for the festival, the company now operates its smart production lines at high speed.
The entire production process, from the screening and processing of raw materials, through high-temperature sterilization and automated filling, to labeling, boxing, and packaging, is fully automated and smart-controlled. It can manufacture 25,000 bottles of drinks per hour.
"According to our market research, orange juice, grape juice, and lime juice are highly favored during festivals. So we boost production of these products," said Niu Yueling, the production manager.
"To handle the Spring Festival consumption rush", Niu said, "since January, our equipment has run 24 hours a day, with a daily output of 300 metric tons. Sales are expected to reach 180 million yuan ($26.05 million) before the festival."
