An enchanting, sprawling 100-mu (6.67 hectares) lotus pond, with its flowers currently in full bloom, is situated in Dongjin village in Shengci town.
That's in the county-level city of Jingjiang – administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – and the multitudes of glorious lotuses there are attracting hordes of enthusiasts from far and wide.
Visitors can not only take in the breathtaking views of the lotus sanctuary, but have a go at a wide variety of fun experiences on offer, like food tastings and evening light shows.
