In Jingjiang city – administered by Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – there still exist artisans who devote themselves to the old crafts that are closely related to our daily lives, such as watch repairs, pattern carving and knife sharpening.
As symbols of memory in time, the old crafts are gradually absorbed into the consciousness of succeeding generations – and it is these craftsmen who are still sticking to old ways, that make life beautiful and warm.
