Jiangsu Huacheng Special Machine Co Ltd, located in Jingjiang, a county-level city in Taizhou, unveiled its new ultra-high-pressure water jet rust removal vehicle recently, with an initial order volume exceeding 10 units.
Huacheng Special Machine is a high-tech enterprise that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and modification of self-propelled high-altitude working platforms. By focusing on customized research and development, the company has secured a leading position in its niche market.
In the first quarter of this year, it produced and delivered over 30 conventional high-altitude working vehicles, a 50 percent increase from the same period last year.
Huacheng Special Machine's new product employs ultra-high-pressure water jet technology, featuring a custom-designed nozzle base on the spray washing disk, which generates a high-intensity impact force capable of instantly removing rust, old paint, and marine biological residues from metal surfaces.
This technology tackles the challenges of traditional high-altitude rust removal and improves work efficiency by over 50 percent compared to traditional methods.
Moreover, the vehicle's boom is constructed from high-strength steel and boasts an optimized telescopic lifting structure, reaching a maximum working height of 25 meters. This makes it suitable in complex environments, such as ship decks and bridge steel structures.
