A large job fair for graduates took place at the Jingjiang Grand Theater in Jingjiang, a county-level city in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, East China, on July 27.

This event included in-person interactions between job seekers and leading companies, direct policy benefits, AI-driven interviews, and integrated services such as entrepreneurship markets and skill training, drawing over 10,000 participants both online and in person.

During the job fair, Jingjiang bureau of human resources and social security offered comprehensive policy services and AI tools for interview practice and career advice, in addition to live-streamed sessions for online candidates.

The fair included a dedicated youth entrepreneurship exhibition area presenting startup projects in sectors such as food, art toys, and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. In addition, financial institutions provided loan and consulting services, while industry experts offered business advice.

Skill courses such as drone operation and 3D printing were offered at the fair to enhance graduates' employability. Additionally, local authorities provided youth hostels and internships, emphasizing the city's attractiveness to young talents.

This year, Jingjiang has organized 98 job fairs, assisting more than 6,000 candidates in securing opportunities.
