Shen Qiang, Party secretary of Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, led a delegation to Greece and Germany for economic and trade exchange activities from Oct 27 to Nov 1.
During their stay in Greece, the delegation visited two shipping companies and witnesses the signing of strategic cooperation agreements between Jingjiang-based New Times Shipbuilding and the two companies.
Shen said that Jingjiang and Greece have strong cooperation potential, with Greece serving as a major shipping country and Jingjiang boasting a strong shipbuilding industry. He expressed hope that both sides can strengthen communication and exchanges as well as further deepen collaboration in high-tech shipbuilding, green shipping, and other fields.

During their stay in Germany, the delegation visited Everlence and witnessed the signing of a cooperation project between Jiangsu Duokai Power Machinery and the German company for the marine diesel engine exhaust purification device project.
