Daodaoquan Grain and Oil Jingjiang, located in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jingjiang, Jiangsu province, has continued to make breakthroughs in intelligent construction, production and operation optimization, and industrial improvement.
Focusing on edible vegetable oil processing, the company is the first provincial-level smart factory in Jingjiang.
From January to October, the company's revenue reached 840 million yuan ($118.83 million), an increase of 23.84 percent compared to the whole last year, including 46,100 metric tons of oil processing.

At its packaging facility, more than 90 percent of processes can currently be completed using smart devices. "Through precise parameter control, the weight error of each bottle of edible oil can be stabilized at around 2 grams, which is unimaginable under traditional production techniques," said Li Kai, the facility's manager.
Looking ahead, the company will focus on the health industry and plan a new round of development layout.
