The Jiangsu government recently approved the opening of berths at the Shenzhen International Logistics Center Terminal, located in Jingjiang city, Jiangsu province, bringing the total number of open terminals in the city to 16.
The terminal occupies 693 meters of coastline and is equipped with two 100,000-metric-ton bulk cargo berths.
The opening of the terminal marks a new stage in the development of Jingjiang Port. Looking ahead, Jingjiang will strengthen the connection with Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port, continue to promote the opening of ports, serve the opening and temporary use of ports.
It will also optimize river-sea intermodal transportation services for bulk goods such as coal, grain, oil, wood, and non-ferrous metals, enhancing Jingjiang Port's international transit capacity.
