The fair featured dedicated sections for information technology, equipment manufacturing, the modern service industry, health and food, new energy and new materials, while also highlighting key projects in artificial intelligence and emerging professions and positions.
Focusing on key groups such as college graduates, the unemployed, and those facing employment challenges, the event created a joint recruitment area for human resources service agencies, integrating high-quality industry resources and providing services in job recruitment, career guidance and policy consultation.
The AI-powered job search area used digital technology to create immersive simulated interview scenarios. Jobseekers could quickly generate and submitt resumes by logging in with facial recognition, while intelligent algorithms enabled precise job matching and instant matchmaking, making the job search process highly efficient through technology.
