The early rounds of the 2023 National Men's Volleyball Championships are set to kick off on March 30 in five cities, with Taixing – a county-level metropolis administered by Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – included in the action.
The national grand finals will take place on April 20-23 at Wuyuan county in Jiangxi province.
It's the first time Taixing has been involved in a nation-level volleyball event.
The 2023 National Men's Volleyball Championship will include preliminary legs and the finals, involving a total of 56 matches. Fans can catch the volleyball matches in Taixing on April 13-16 in the Taixing Sports Center stadium.

Four teams – from Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province, Shandong province and Sichuan province – will compete in Taixing. The single round robin rule will be used during April 13-15 and the regional final will take place on April 16.
The Taixing Sports Center has been transformed and upgraded for the event, with improvements made to the field and to the spectator seats.
In addition, one of the preliminary legs of the 2023 National Women's Volleyball Championship will also take place in Taixing in April.
