Taixing's industrial added value above designated size up 4.6%

Taixing, a county-level city administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province, has seen steady growth in its industrial development in the first quarter of this year, thanks to its focus on releasing beneficial policies and measures.

From January to March, the city's industrial added value above designated size hit 11.19 billion yuan ($1.62 billion), up 4.6 percent year-on-year.

Jiangsu Jingfei Energy Co Ltd, a company based in the Taixing High-tech Zone, aims to become a professional, large-scale, and industrialized photovoltaic module manufacturer. It boasts advanced automated component production lines and excellent management, sales and research, as well as development groups.

"We have win-win cooperation with top brands, thus ensuring sufficient orders. Our total sales volume has currently topped 100 million yuan," said company production director Chen Chuanhong.

From January to March, Taixing has posted positive trends across major leading industrial indicators like industrial electricity consumption, steam consumption, and total industrial sales volume.
