Taixing city – administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – recently launched its 6.0 version of the improvement action plan for optimizing the business environment, featuring 50 specific measures and tasks.

The plan focuses on four dimensions of improvement goals –benchmarking reform improvements, project construction efficiency improvements, legal guarantee quality improvements and comprehensive service improvements.

For benchmarking reform improvements, specific measures catering to the actual situation of Taixing are being proposed around the entire lifecycle of an enterprise. That's based on the 10 aspects of the "Business Environment Maturity Assessment" indicator released by the World Bank.

Project construction efficiency improvements aim to promote construction acceleration with efficiency improvements – achieving the simplification of work with process optimization and ensuring key project elements with cost reductions and efficiency increases.

Legal guarantee quality improvements mean continuously improving the levels of administrative law enforcement by focusing on addressing prominent issues in the current business environment.

Comprehensive service improvements initiate specific measures in areas such as government integrity, government-enterprise interactions and talent services – to build a stable, fair and transparent business environment.
