Taixing city in East China's Jiangsu province is taking moves to attract more technology enterprises and advancing the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation. As a result, the city has attracted over 60 sci-tech innovation projects so far this year.
Its technology investment promotion team has issued a raft of measures to expand resources and attract projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and in other places.

Action has also been undertaken to boost matchmaking between resident industrial parks and research institutions, including the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Taizhou Industrial Technology Research Institute, to explore potential projects.
Focusing on high-end equipment, advanced materials, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, third-generation semiconductor and other fields, the city has strengthened their full-chain development and expanded new industrial tracks.
The city's bureau of science and technology recently conducted in-depth research into the needs of local enterprises and it drafted customized strategies for different projects. It also invited industry experts and business representatives to offer guidance on projects and connected with financial institutions to provide funding support for the implementation of projects.
