Taixing's data bureau has promoted reforms to make it more convenient and efficient for individual businesses to transform into enterprises.
In the past, the process required traveling back and forth between multiple government departments, repeatedly submitting multiple sets of materials, with the whole process cumbersome and time-consuming.
Now, applicants just need to fill out one application form and submit one set of materials online, and the system will automatically send the information to various departments for approval, allowing for synchronized approval processing and real-time progress feedback.
The reform has shortened the process from five working days to just half of a workday.
The bureau has also set up a dedicated service window on-site for individual businesses seeking to transform into enterprises, offering full-process guidance.
