Taixing city, located in East China's Jiangsu province, has been promoting its high-quality development through the concept of green development.
One example is on the water surface of the fishpond in Zhuwei village in Quxia town, where solar panels continuously convert energy from the sun into electricity. The power generation from the solar park can reach 15 million kilowatt-hours annually.

In response to policy incentives, Taixing has launched several documents such as the Several Opinions on Promoting High quality Development of the Real Economy, stimulating local enterprises to advance their green transformation.
Last year, two eco-friendly projects costing a combined 2 billion yuan ($280.47 million) were implemented in the city, taking its annual solar power generation to over 686 million kilowatt-hours.
Overall, the application of clean energy in Taixing has shifted from exploration to the new norm in industry, injecting a lasting green momentum in the industrial ecosystem.
The city has also conducted intelligent environmental supervision in key areas, such as air pollution prevention and control and solid waste disposals.
Through remote monitoring, intelligent analysis and other technologies, law enforcement personnel can now accurately identify environmental issues at local enterprises.
