In the wake of the official opening of the Changtai (Changzhou-Taizhou) Yangtze River Bridge, it has become a real breeze for the folks of Changzhou city to tour Taizhou city, both linked by the new span in East China's Jiangsu province.
Here is a tour guide for Changzhou people to embark on a journey in Taixing, a county-level city administered by Taizhou.
Zaocha, or early breakfast tea, is a must have. Quxia crab roe soup buns are mixed with crab meat, crab roe and fresh pork filling and refined with more than 10 seasonings, making them taste rich, fragrant and delicious.

Local specialty foods such as Xuanbao small wonton in soup and Huangqiao sesame cakes are also well worth trying.
Besides tasting some fine food, don't forget to appreciate the city's beautiful scenery. Huangqiao ancient town has 24 streets and alleys, with over 2,000 buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368–1911), making it an excellent place to enjoy ancient charm.
