The high-end baked food project, set to be established in the Taixing Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, Taixing, Jiangsu province, is projected to be completed by the end of the year and carry out equipment installation and production line debugging in the first half of next year.
With an investment of 520 million yuan ($72.96 million), the project is expected to produce 80,000 metric tons of baked goods and 10,000 tons of cream annually when fully operational.
The project is invested by Guangdong Yuanbao Food, which is based in Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province. The company has reached cooperation agreements with Freshippo, Walmart, and other well-known enterprises, showcasing its advantages in quick frozen products in the country.
The project will boost connection between upstream and downstream enterprises in the park and enhance the collaborative ability of the regional industrial chain.
It has also been included in the long-term development plan for the park's food industry tourism, which will integrate industrial production, tourism, and shopping, injecting new momentum into the park's efforts to become a "Fresh Food Capital".
