To accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, Taixing in East China's Jiangsu province has formulated an implementation plan for promoting technological transformation of industrial enterprises to promote continuous improvement in industrial investment and technological transformation investment.
The plan clarifies the direction of technological transformation, promotes the upgrading of enterprise equipment and an increase in capital to expand production, advances the application of intelligent and digital transformation and industrial large-scale models, promotes energy-saving transformation and upgrading, and creates green brands.
The implementation plan specifies four measures for promoting work, including fully promoting project construction, strengthening land guarantee, increasing financial support, and improving enterprise services.
Subsidies of 5 percent, 6 percent, 10 percent, and 15 percent of the equipment or software investment amount will be provided for green upgrading and elimination of outdated projects, technological transformation projects that don't add new construction land, intelligent transformation projects, and digital application projects, respectively.
For newly recognized green factories, a maximum reward of 500,000 yuan ($70,184) will be given according to their level, and for newly recognized smart factories, a reward of 250,000 yuan to 1 million yuan will be given according to their level.
