Taixing Xinglong Shipping Machinery is making significant progress with its modular ship project, which involves an investment of 500 million yuan. The project focuses on producing essential components for large domestic cruise ships and liquefied natural gas carriers.
Taixing's Urban Industrial Park has become a hub for marine equipment manufacturing, hosting over 40 key enterprises and 150 supporting firms. This has resulted in the development of clusters specializing in refrigeration, environmental protection and ventilation equipment.
With an emphasis on digital transformation, Taixing is guiding specialized small and medium-sized enterprises to excel in niche markets while encouraging industry leaders to tackle technological challenges in high-value ship types. This strategic approach has solidified Taixing's position as a leader in the provincial ocean economy.
